The Fall of Wisconsin book cover

The Fall of Wisconsin

The Conservative Conquest of a Progressive Bastion and the Future of American Politics

Dan Kaufman

The Fall of Wisconsin exposes the systematic dismantling of laws protecting the environment, labor unions, voting rights, and public education in Wisconsin. This deeply reported, searing account tells the story of how the state's progressive tradition was undone by national conservatives. But it's not just a tale of despair; it's also about the incredible battles fought by ordinary citizens who strive to reclaim Wisconsin's progressive legacy.

Not ashamed to admit my biased view that this book is a must read if you want to better understand what we’ve been going through in Wisconsin. Hope @dankaufman70 is getting ready for a sequel after we turn this ship around! #wiunion      source
