"Shadow Kid" follows the turbulent life of Gavin Scott, a young boy who is relocated to New Hampshire after the tragic loss of his family. In this coming-of-age story set in the 1960s, Gavin must navigate a world of merciless bullies and make difficult decisions that have lasting consequences. Despite his knack for pranks and rebellious behavior, Gavin is given a chance to turn his life around by joining the Wings for Young Offenders program and eventually earning a seat in the cockpit. However, a string of risky secret missions lead him down a darker path filled with biker gangs, booze, and heartbreak. Saved by a message in the form of a tiny golden heart, Gavin embarks on a journey towards Hollywood and finds fulfillment, but struggles with the ghosts of his past.
