In "推しの子", a gynecologist and B-Komachi fan named Goro is thrown into the world of entertainment when his patient turns out to be the 16-year-old Ai, a member of his favorite idol group. Despite the industry's negative views on idols having children, Ai is determined to become a mother and Goro helps her in secret. Tragically, Goro is killed the night Ai is due to give birth, but is reincarnated as one of her twins.
