@SallyHelgesen @HenryMintzberg @coachourselves I just loved the book because it featured the messy reality of organizations. It was, in my view, a frontal attack on Druckerian hyper-rationality, which I instinctively thought was bullshit—but now I had data to prove it/counter it. – источник
