Finally got to cook out of @mikesolomonov book, Israeli Soul! For me it was one of the most exciting books of 2018. Excellent recipes: the BEST hummus, with roasted eggplant, poached eggs, Muhamarra (rstd red pepper, walnuts). One of the best brunches I've made recently! – fuente
